Strapline Terms of Use
Strapline is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). That agreement is the licence for the app.
Your Microsoft account
Strapline lets you read and reply to your Microsoft Teams chats using your own work or school Microsoft account. Your use of Microsoft Teams, and the content of your chats, remain governed by your organisation's agreements and policies with Microsoft. Your organisation's administrators decide whether Strapline may be used and can revoke its access at any time.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are sold and billed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy
Strapline does not store your chats or messages. See the privacy policy for what it keeps about calls.
Calls
Strapline Pro + Calls lets you make and join Teams calls from your watch, using your own Microsoft account. It includes 300 call minutes a month, which the app shows. Calls need a work or school Microsoft 365 account with Microsoft Teams. Calling a phone number also needs a Teams Calling Plan or Teams Phone number from your organisation. Strapline does not receive incoming calls.
Strapline is not an emergency service. Do not use it to call 000, 112, 911 or any other emergency number. Use your phone's emergency calling or the watch's Emergency SOS instead.
Calls depend on Microsoft and Apple services and on your watch's connection, so they may not always connect.
