Microsoft 365 security
Microsoft 365 holds most of a modern business: email, files, chat, meetings and the accounts that open them. Stolen passwords, phishing emails and files shared too widely are common ways in. We make your tenant hard to break into and easy to keep in order.
What we do
- Sign-in protection. Multi-factor authentication for everyone, phishing-resistant methods for admins, and Conditional Access rules that block risky sign-ins, legacy protocols and unmanaged devices.
- Admin accounts. Fewer Global Administrators, separate admin accounts, emergency access accounts and just-in-time roles with Privileged Identity Management where your licence includes it.
- Email protection. Anti-phishing, anti-spoofing, Safe Links and Safe Attachments, plus SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domains so others cannot send mail as you.
- Sharing and data protection. Sensible external sharing in SharePoint and OneDrive, Teams guest settings, sensitivity labels and data loss prevention for the information that matters most.
- Audit and visibility. Audit logging switched on and kept long enough to investigate, with alerts set up for key events, sent to your own team.
- Secure Score. We use Microsoft Secure Score as a shared measure, and explain which actions matter for your business and which do not.
Why it matters
Microsoft gives every tenant strong controls, but many are off by default or set for the widest compatibility. A tenant that has grown over years often carries old accounts, open sharing links and admin rights nobody remembers granting. Tightening these settings closes the most common ways in, without buying new tools.
How we work
We review your tenant first, without changing anything, and show you the evidence for each finding. You receive a written plan ranked by risk, with a way back for every change. Approved changes are made in scheduled windows under your change control, and you keep the documentation.
