It secures and improves Microsoft 365, Azure and on-premises environments for growing businesses. Every engagement starts read-only, changes are made only from a written plan the client approves, and each change has a rollback note.

- Cyber security: Microsoft 365 security, Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel design, vulnerability management with Qualys, network security with Fortinet.
- Infrastructure: Microsoft 365 and Azure architecture, Windows Server and VMware, Veeam backup and disaster recovery planning, Cisco and Fortinet networks, hybrid identity with Active Directory.
- AI advisory: Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, AI use policy, AI options paper.
- Monthly security check: a read-only monthly review of a Microsoft 365 tenant and public domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS reporting, domain and certificate health, lookalike domains, breach exposure) with a director report.

## Method

1. Read: a read-only baseline. Nothing is changed.
2. Plan: a written change plan ranked by risk, each change with a rollback note. Nothing starts until the client approves.
3. Change: the agreed changes in one scheduled window.
4. Hand over: a settings register, rollback steps and a one-page director summary.

## Experience

Led by a senior infrastructure and security engineer with more than 20 years of hands-on work across data centres, hybrid networks, cloud and security. Daeza builds its own software, including a Microsoft 365 assessment platform and the Hamdam app for iPhone and iPad.
